Verbinder für flexible LED-Leiter-
platten
1 Anforderungen an die LED-Leiter-
platten
WARNUNG: Brandgefahr
Die Verbinder sind nur geeignet für
flexible LED-Leiterplatten, die den
Maßen in Bild -und den techni-
schen Daten entsprechen.
– Leiterplattendicke t = 0,25 mm
±0,05 mm im Kontaktbereich
– Leiterplattenbreite 8 mm +0,1 mm
– Kontakte wie Bild -
2 Verbinder anschließen –
Sie können die Verbinder nur einmal
verwenden. Nach dem Öffnen kön-
nen sie nicht wieder eingesetzt wer-
den.
• Schneiden Sie die LED-Leiterplatten an
den gekennzeichneten Stellen auf die
gewünschte Länge .
• Ziehen Sie die Schutzfolie von den LED-
Leiterplatten ab.
Achten Sie beim Einführen in den
Verbinder darauf, dass die LEDs zur
Kappe zeigen.
• Führen Sie die LED-Leiterplatten bis
zum Anschlage in den Verbinder ein .
• Drücken Sie die Kappe herunter .
Die flexible LED-Leiterplatte wird durch-
bohrt und dadurch im Verbinder festge-
halten.
3 Verbinder trennen
• Zum Lösen der Verbinder hebeln Sie die
Seitenteile der Kappe mit einem Schrau-
bendreher ab . Der Verbinder ist dann
zerstört.

1 Requirements for LED PCBs
WARNING: Risk of fire
The connectors are only suitable for
flexible LED PCBs that correspond
to the dimensions in Figure -
and the technical data.
– PCB thickness t = 0.25 mm
±0.05 mm in contact area
– PCB width 8 mm +0.1 mm
– Contacts like in Figure -
2 Connecting connectors –
You can only use the connectors
once. They cannot be used again af-
ter opening.
• Cut the LED PCBs to the desired length
at the designated locations .
• Remove the protective foil from the LED
PCBs.
Ensure that the LEDs face the cap
when being inserted in the connec-
tor.
• Insert the LED PCBs as far as they will
go into the connector .
• Press down the cap .
The flexible LED PCB is bored through
and in this way secured in the connec-
tor.
3 Separating connector
• To release the connector, lever off the
side part of the cap with a screwdriver
. The connector is then destroyed.

les circuits imprimés à LED

Les connecteurs sont seulement ap-
propriés pour les circuits imprimés à
LED souples conformes aux me-
sures indiquées dans l'image -
et aux caractéristiques techniques.
– Epaisseur du circuit imprimé
t = 0,25 mm
±0,05 mm dans la zone de contact
– Largeur du circuit imprimé
8 mm+0,1 mm
– Contacts comme illustré -
2 Raccordement du connecteur –
Les connecteurs sont à usage
unique. Une fois ouverts, ils ne
peuvent plus être utilisés.
• Découper les circuits imprimés à LED à
la longueur requise et aux endroits indi-
qués .
• Retirer le film de protection des circuits
imprimés à LED.
Lors de l'insertion dans le connec-
teur, veillez à ce que les LED soient
orientées vers le capot.
• Insérer les circuits imprimés à LED dans
le connecteur jusqu'en butée .
• Enfoncer le capot .
Le circuit imprimé à LED souples est tra-
versé et ainsi maintenu dans le connec-
teur.
3 Déconnexion des connecteurs
• Pour démanteler le connecteur, soule-
ver les parties latérales du capot à l'aide
d'un tournevis . Le connecteur est
alors détruit.

I connettori sono adatti soltanto per
circuiti stampati flessibili a LED, che
presentano dimensioni corrispon-
denti alle quote delle figure - e
ai dati tecnici.
– spessore circuito t = 0,25 mm
±0,05 mm nella zona contatti
– larghezza circuito 8 mm +0,1 mm
– contatti come mostrano le figure -
2 Collegamento dei connettori –
I connettori possono essere utilizzati
una sola volta. Dopo l'apertura non è
possibile riutilizzarli.
• Tagliare i circuiti stampati a LED alla lun-
ghezza desiderata in corrispondenza
dei punti contrassegnati .
• Rimuovere la pellicola protettiva dai cir-
cuiti stampati a LED.
Quando si introducono i circuiti nel
connettore, ci si deve accertare che
i LED siano rivolti verso il cappellot-
to.
• Inserire i circuiti stampati a LED nel con-
nettore fino alla battuta .
• Spingere il cappellotto verso il basso .
Il circuito stampato flessibile a LED vie-
ne perforato e così tenuto fermo nel con-
nettore.
3 Distacco del connettore
• Per staccare i connettori fare leva sui lati
del cappellotto con un cacciavite . Il
connettore viene così distrutto.
