1.The sound of the microphone is not loud enough even in the maximum volume, what

should I do?

Please make sure you have adjusted the microphone sound of the software you are using

to an appropriate volume. Take Skype as an example. Below are the checking steps.

①Click[ ...]and select [Settings]

③Setting [Speakers] to 6 or above 2.There are some echoes when I have an online meeting with my colleague. How can I avoid it? Turn off the [Listen to this device]. If you turn on the [Listen to this device], the microphone will capture many sounds when you are speaking. So we would suggest you turn it off when you are using the microphone. Below are the steps to Turn off the [Listen to this device].

3.My microphone does not work? What can I do? Please confirm whether the microphone has been connected to the computer. Change the USB port or another computer/phone to try again.
