One-touch editing preparation To start one-touch editing
You can use normal, chrome, and metal tapes for recording.
Check that the tape's erasure prevention tabs (see page 57) are
intact, and then insert the cassette into deck 2.

The cassette tape will automatically rewind the tape back to the
beginning where the recording can be made. So you don't have to
rewind the tape in advance.
Press _ OPEN to load a cas-
sette in deck 2.
_J) _ Press CLOSE on deck 2 to
close the cassette holder.
DOLBYNR When making a recording
-up..y¢ using Dolby NR, press DOLBY

NR so that the DOLBY NR IN
indicator lights.
REVERSEMODE
Press REVERSE MODE to se-
lect "c*___ ,, for automatic two-
sided recording.
Press _ OPEN/CLOSE on the
compact disc changer to load
a disc, and then press it again.
There are 3 types of one-touch editing.
Be sure to finish the procedure of "One-touch editing pre-
paration" on the left.

Editing of all tracks in their original sequence
(ALBUM)
LBUM
Press ALBUM.
The tracks assigned on tape side A
I Lights.
The tracks assigned on tape side B
The recording will start after the system completes the "One-touch
editing operation" on page 35.
Use a tape of under 99 minutes.
eYou cannot edit-record tracks numbering higher than 24.
