USING YOUR fan heater 1 Remove fan heater from its carton and unwind the cord to its full length. THERMOSTAT CONTROL 2 Place on a firm, level desk or table in a stable, upright position. 3 Make sure the function switch is turned to 0 (off). Before setting the thermostat, allow the heater to operate and warm up the room. Then set heater to High (the thickest block on the right of the thermostat). 4 Plug the cable into a 110-120V (60Hz) AC power outlet.
CARE & MAINTENANCE Always remove the plug from the outlet and allow the fan heater to cool completely before cleaning it. Thermal Overload Protector This heater is fitted with a thermal overload protector, which will switch off the device if it overheats or is picked up. To reset, disconnect the plug from the outlet for a few minutes, remove the cause of the overheating and plug in the appliance again. Wipe the fan heater with a soft, damp (not wet) cloth. WARNING Do not immerse the fan heater in water.
