RF Exposure Caution Notice

This USB modem is approved for use in normal size laptop

computers only (typically with 12" or larger display screens).

To comply with FCC RF exposure requirements, this modem should

not be used in configurations that cannot maintain at least below

stated distances from users and bystanders:

• 12.7 mm (1/2 inch) distance from the top side of the modem

• 5 mm (1/5 inch) from all other sides

The antenna swivel cap should be clicked into position during

operation of the device.
