Weighted-base stands have some advantages over tripods. They are more stable,
take up less floor space, and they have a cleaner look on stage. The chore of
threading them, however, has always been a tedious drawback. Our Quarter-
Turn Threadless system eliminates that chore and makes setup and takedown of
round-base stands as fast as, if not faster than, folding tripods. Simply line up the
stand and base, press, and rotate a quarter turn. The pole locks into place and you
have a weighted stand that’s portable and fast to set up. The MS7201QTRW in
white comes with an included protective drawstring cloth sleeve to keep your stand
protected for storage and transport.
