Robin Bluetooth Speaker Alarm Clock Instructions and Warranty
Introduction - English Robin is an active Bluetooth speaker with an analogue alarm clock. The simple intuitive controls make Robin very easy to use. Please read this booklet carefully. The audio unit is powered by mains electricity and the clock by an internal re-chargable battery, so the clock will keep working when the mains power is off.
Unpacking and Getting Started 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. Carefully unpack the contents of the box. Check that it is all in good condition. Check that the power cord has the correct plug for your country. Connect the 12V transformer plug to the cable at the back of the Robin unit. Plug the transformer into the mains power socket of the room, and make sure the power is on. Switch on the clock power at the small switch on the back and correctly set the time using the time setting knob.
Using the Alarm clock, snooze and night light 1. 2. 3. Set the alarm time by turning the alarm set button on the back of the Robin unit, like a normal alarm clock. To switch on the alarm, make sure the alarm on/off button on the top of the Robin unit is showing a green LED light. To switch off the alarm press the alarm button so that the Red LED indicates off. NOTE: the snooze and night light share the same button, but they do not affect each other’s function. 4. 5.
Maintenance and Cleaning and General Use 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. 6. From time to time, check all the power cables are in good condition and avoid using them if you see any damage. Be safe! The body of the Robin can be kept clean simply by using a cloth which is slightly damp, do not use a “wet” cloth. The body is painted so it doesn’t need any wax polish, just a simple wipe will do. The same applies to the clock lens, a simple wipe with a damp cloth is sufficient.

Troubleshooting Problems The Clock 1. 2. 3. If the clock is not working, check the clock on/off switch at the back of the Robin is ON. If the alarm is not working, check that the alarm on/off switch is showing a green light. If the snooze is not working, check that the alarm is on. The Bluetooth Pairing 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. 6.
