Assembly
We suggest you assemble the product on a soft flat surface to protect the finish. Two people are required to assemble
this product
Step 1. Place the TABLETOP face down on a soft flat surface. Attach the legs to the table using SHORT BOLTS, FLAT
WASHERS and SPRING WASHERS. The spring washer is fitted against the bolt head and the flat washer
between the table top and lock washer. Finger-tighten the bolts. Repeat this process for each of the four legs.
Step 2. Place the CENTRE PLATE between the four legs. Align the holes and using the LONG BOLTS, FLAT
WASHERS and LOCK WASHERS attach to the legs. Use the same process when attaching the bolts.
Finger-tighten only at this stage.
Step 3. When all bolts and washers are in place, tighten all bolts firmly using the WRENCH, but do not over-tighten.
Tighten the bolts to the table-top first ensuring that you tighten the bolts in a diagonally opposite order.
Step 4. Using 2 people, turn over the assembled table and attach the LAZY SUSAN FRAME, with the rubber pads
facing upwards, into the hole on the table top. Place the LAZY SUSAN onto the frame. If inserted correctly, the
lazy susan should move freely.
Caution:
This unit is manufactured with cast aluminum parts and is brittle. DO NOT force any part of the assembly and
DO NOT over-tighten the bolts. This could result in serious damage.
