IR EXTENDER SET UP What is an IR Extender Cable? The WS55 comes with an IR Extender that allows you to control your source device with its remote from the TV’s location. The remote’s IR signal is transmitted by the Receiver to the Transmitter and then through the IR Extender to the source device. Need help ﬁnding your IR sensor? Cut a piece of cardboard to the same size as the front panel of your source device and place a 1 inch hole in the middle of the cardboard.

PAIRING RECEIVERS The WS55 Transmitter and Receiver are paired when manufactured. If you are experiencing connectivity issues follow the pairing process below to re-pair the units. 1 With the WS55 Receiver connected to power press the Pairing Button on the front of the receiver. 2 PAIRING MODE ACTIVATED RECEIVER 3 Press the Pairing Button on the front of the Transmitter. The LED on the Transmitter will now begin to ﬂash RED. 4 Once the Receiver has been paired, the TV will display “CONNECTED”.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS WS55 1. What does the status of the LEDs mean? SOLID WHITE LINKED Transmitter/Receiver is linked. FLASHING WHITE SEARCHING Transmitter/Receiver not in range. No HDMI Input connected. SOLID RED POWER ON The WS55 is powered ON and will begin connecting shortly. FLASHING RED (Transmitter) PAIRING Transmitter is in pairing mode. 2. What is the maximum transmission range? The maximum range is 40 feet line of sight.
