Q: How big is the package when it arrives?
A: The dimension of the box is 43 in.L x 17 in.W x 13in.H 29 lbs.
Q: Size of rings?
A: Each ring’s thickness is 1.5in., inner diameter is 2in., and outer diameter is 4.75in.
It’s a nice size for all ages of kids and adults. The size of a large donut, which is
entertaining for the kids.
Q: Does it come with a carrying bag?
A: No, it does not. You could purchase a carrying case separately if you buy this.
Q: What age group do you think this is good for?
A: We are using this for programs at the Library for all ages 5+ . They just really need
to be tall enough to put the ring in the top.
Q: Can we purchase rings to replace damaged ones?
A: Thank you for reaching out to us! However, we cannot alter the product details or
sell them separately.
Q: If it’s quick any easy to assemble and break down ?
A: Thank you for your question and interest in this item! Assembly for this item
should be easy with a few quick steps (assembly instructions included). All of the
pieces simply pop in and pop out for easy assembly and easy disassembly. If you have

Q: Can we leave it outside uncovered all winter?
A: We are sure it would be fine but if you want it to last a long time. But we suggest
you could cover it with canopy.
Q: How do you release the rings to start a new game?
A: On the side at the bottom, you will need to pull the small handle you see, and the
rings will fall.
