ith proof of sale, Notch will repair or replace at its discretion any manufacturing defect in our products
free of charge.
This Guarantee does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, accident, loss, theft, improper
care, non-standard usage or negligence.

he term Lifetime refers to the lifetime of the product, components, fabrics and materials. While we
choose the very best materials available to make our products as durable as possible, applications in the
tree care industry can be downright brutal, and all materials degrade over time with use and exposure to
the environment. A product’s lifetime is a function of how much use it gets and how well it is cared for
and not of how old it is.

Manufacturing Defect exists if the product departs from its intended design. Defective materials
(zippers, buckles, fabrics, steel, rubber, etc.) or workmanship (seams, welding, splicing, construction, etc.)
are covered by The Notch Lifetime Guarantee. Notch will repair or replace at its discretion any
manufacturing defect in these products free of charge.

ear and tear is damage that naturally and inevitably occurs as a result of normal use. Moving parts will
wear out and fabrics will deteriorate and fade, saw blades may dull, finishes will chip, rubber bands may
break, glasses will scratch, etc.
