FCC Information to user
This product does not contain any user serviceable components and is to be used with approved
antennas only. Any unauthorized product changes or modifications will invalidate manufacturer’s
warranty and all applicable regulatory certifications and approvals. To assure continued compliance,
any changes or modifications not explicitly approved by the manufacturer could void the user's
authority to operate this equipment and the company’s warranty.
FCC Radiation Exposure Statement
This device generates and radiates radio-frequency energy. In order to comply with FCC radio-
frequency radiation exposure guidelines for an uncontrolled environment, this equipment should be
installed and operated with a minimum distance of 20cm (8 Inches) between your body and the
antenna.
Warning: It is the responsibility of the professional installer to ensure that when using the outdoor
antenna kits in the United States (or where FCC rules apply), only the antennas mentioned in this
manual are used. The use of any antenna other than those listed is expressly forbidden in accordance
with the FCC rules CFR47 part 15.204.
Note: Detached antennas, whether installed indoors or out, should be installed ONLY by experienced
antenna installation professionals who are familiar with local building and safety codes and, wherever
applicable, are licensed by the appropriate government regulatory authorities.
Failure to do so may void the No Wires Needed Product Warranty and may expose the end user to legal
and financial liabilities. No Wires Needed and its resellers or distributors are not liable for injury,
damage or violation of government regulations associated with the installation of detached antennas.
FCC Electronic Emission Notices
This device complies with part 15 of the FCC Rules.
Operation is subject to the following two conditions:
(1) This device may not cause harmful interference, and
(2) This device must accept any interference received, including interference that may cause undesired
operation.
FCC Radio Frequency Interference statement
This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a class B digital device,
pursuant to Part 15 of the FCC Rules. These limits are designed to provide reasonable protection
against harmful interference when the equipment is operated in a commercial environment. This
equipment generates, uses and can radiate radio frequency energy and, if not installed and used in
accordance with the instructions, may cause harmful interference to radio communications.
Operation of this equipment in a residential area is likely to cause harmful interference in which case
the user will be required to correct the interference at his own expense.
If this equipment does cause harmful interference to radio or television reception, which can be
determined by turning the equipment off and on, the user is encouraged to try to correct the interference
by one or more of the following measures:
Reorient or relocate the receiving antenna.
Increase the separation between the equipment and receiver.
Connect the equipment into an outlet on a circuit different from that to which the receiver is
connected. Consult the dealer or an experienced radio/TV technician for help.
