N75-A User Manual 1 About N75-A N75-A is an industrial-grade 4G module developed on Qualcomm platform. It supports GSM/GPRS/EDGE, WCDMAR99 to DC-HSPA+, and LTE Cat4. N75-A User Manual 6.2 Label The label is made of materials that are deformation-resistant, fade-resistant, and high-temperatureresistant and it can endure high temperature up to 260 °C. N75-A User Manual Reel 6.3.2 Moisture N75-A is a level 3 moisture-sensitive electronic elements, in compliance with IPC/JEDEC J-STD-020 standard. If the module is exposed to air for more than 48 hours at conditions not worse than 30°C/60% RH, bake it at a temperature higher than 90 degree for more than 12 hours before SMT.Or, if the indication card shows humidity greater than 20%, the baking procedure is also required.Do not bake modules with the package tray directly. Do not use the kind of solder paste different from our module technique. ⚫ The melting temperature of solder paste with lead is 35 °C lower than that of solder paste without lead.
N75-A User Manual 7.5 SMT Furnace Temperature Curve Thin or long PCB might bend during SMT. So, use loading tools during the SMT and reflow soldering process to avoid poor solder joint caused by PCB bending.

N75-A User Manual End Product Labeling When the module is installed in the host device, the FCC ID label must be visible through a window on the final device or it must be visible when an access panel, door or cover is easily re-moved. If not, a second label must be placed on the outside of the final device that contains the following text: “Contains FCC ID: PJ7-N75A” The FCC ID can be used only when all FCC compliance requirements are met.
