WARRANTY
All Nelson-Rigg products are made to the highest standards of quality and finish, providing
unequalled strength, durability, and function. Our accessories are warranted to be free from
defects in materials or workmanship during the specified warranty period and applies only to the
original purchaser of the product with original sales receipt. This warranty applies only when the
product is used for the purpose intended, under normal conditions, and does not apply to
damages caused by improper use, accidents, normal wear and tear or natural breakdown of the
materials caused from the elements.
During the warranty period Nelson-Rigg will repair or replace (at our discretion) the product if it
becomes defective, malfunctions, or otherwise fails to conform to this warranty and return it to
you free of charge. If the warranty item is not repairable and or is no longer available or
discontinued, we can replace with a similar item of same or lesser value or issue a credit on
account for the amount paid on original proof of purchase which can be applied to any current
product. This warranty does not cover any international freight, duty or custom charges or any
other costs associated with transportation of the parts or product.
To obtain warranty service, you must contact Nelson-Rigg’s customer service department to
obtain a return authorization number. This RA number must clearly appear on the outside of the
box used for shipping the item back to us. Customer is responsible for all inbound shipping
charges on any product sent to us for warranty repair or replacement. Approved repair or
replacement will be shipped back to customer at no charge within the USA.
Please fill out your warranty card or register on our web site to activate your warranty within 30-
days from date of purchase
All items returned for warranty evaluation must still be accompanied by the original proof of
purchase and only applies to the original purchaser of the product.
