Nectar Smart Caps

Description

Nectar Smart Caps are designed to measure

container levels using ultrasound and broadcast a

BLE packet containing the measurement to the

Nectar Base Station.

They have a BLE broadcasting range of 20–30 feet

in radius.

Installation

Configure your base station(s) before

activating your smart cap(s)

1. Download and install the Nectar app to your

mobile device

2. Place the smart cap on its assigned

products (check the printed label on the

back of each cap)

3. Press and hold the Nectar logo for 3

seconds to turn on and activate each cap

Note: It may take up to 2 minutes for the first

measurement to appear in the Nectar mobile app.

Battery

Do not attempt to replace the battery yourself—you

may damage the battery, which could cause

overheating, fire, and injury. The battery in the

smart cap should only be serviced or recycled by

Nectar, and must be recycled or disposed of

separately from household waste. Dispose of
