1 Introduction This document describes the general functions of Vitality products family, and how the GlowPack product is added to this family. It also provides the basic instructions of how the product is used, including the hardware and software interfaces. 2 Vitality Products Overview The Vitality product family includes personal Reminder Light and GlowCap units. The GlowCap units are filled with medicine from Pharmacy.

The Vitality product family description 3 Regulatory Approvals The GlowPack is currently designed to meet regulations for use in the United States. 3.1 Federal Communications Commission This device complies with part 15 of the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) Rules. Operation is subject to the following two conditions: 1. This device may not cause harmful interference 2. This device must accept any interference received, including interference that may cause undesired operation.
4.1 Hardware The GlowPack module is pre-installed inside the bag. As with GlowCaps, the medical dose time is preprogrammed by doctors/nurses/medical specialists using the web interface to the Vitality servers. The Reminder Light will download this information from the servers, connecting via the cellular network. When it is time for a dose, the Reminder Light will pulse orange, and the LED in the GlowPack device will also pulse as an indicator.

GlowPack device and how it works with Vitality Reminder Light 4.2 Dose Time Configuration (For specialist only) The medication dose time may be change by doctors/nurses/medical specialists on the server. That information will go through the cellular network and be downloaded to the Reminder Light device paired with GlowPack device.
