1， MakesureyouhaveconnectedtheHPodtotheGlucosemeter.
2， PressthebuttonontheHPod,theledontheHPodstartstoflicker（flashonceper2seconds）.
TheHPodwithenterintoworkingmode.
a) If no connection is established after
 1 minute, the HPod will goes into standby mode
withLEDoff.
3， WhentheBluetoothconnectionisestablished,theLEDwouldflashoncepersecondandthe
HPOD will detect the GM and try to retrieve data from the GM. The LED will flash fast. If
thereisdata
unsenttothepeerdevice,theHPodwouldsendthemtothepeerdevice.After
thedataissentout,theHPodwillenterintostandbymode.
a) Ifnodataisneededto sentto thepeerdevice,the ledwillstop flashingand enterinto
standbymode.
Note：

a) FortheAbbottGMS,if“PC”displaysontheGMwhenpluggingthecableontoit,weshould
unplugthecabletotakeanothermeasurement.
b) For the JNJ GMS, after send the data, “PC” will display on it, if we want to take another
measure, we should wait
3 minute or press the “OK” button on the GMS until the PC
disappear.
c) Wecouldsetthelocal“correct”timeontheGM.ButwithNipro,thereisalimitationthatwe
needtospecifythetimezoneonNantLife.comfortheservertoknowthecorrecttime.
d) The
HPodwillsendallrecordsinthememoryagainatthefirsttimewhenwechangetheGM
withtheHPODandonlythenewrecordswouldbedisplayedontheapp.

