Remove the back cover & battery To insert SIM and memory cards, remove the back cover. Caution: Don’t use tools to remove the cover — doing so may damage your phone. Take off the back cover. Put your finger in the notch at the bottom corner of the back cover and pry off the cover. CE/FCC Caution: Do not pull the USB port part to remove the back cover. Take out the battery.
Put in the cards Caution: Make sure you use the correct size SIM card and don’t cut the SIM card. Don’t use tools to remove the battery—doing so may damage your battery or your phone. Nano SIM CE/FCC Insert the SIM card first, then insert an optional microSD card. 2 1 2 1. SIM (gold contacts facing down) 2. microSD 1 (optional, sold separately) Note: To remove SIM card, slide the lever on the slot.
Finish up Put on the back cover. Connect your charger to charge your phone fully, then turn on the power. Follow the screen prompts to get started. Note: For the best charging experience, use a Motorola charger. Use of other chargers is not recommended. Put in the battery & put on the cover. CE/FCC Charge up & power on. Press and hold the Power button until the screen lights up.
