INSTRUCTIONS
Before You Start:
• Apply to clean surfaces.
• Application range: surface temperature
of 40°F to 120°F.
• Cure time - 1 to 2 weeks.
• Skins over in 4 hours.*
• Protect from water and rain for 24 to 48
hours after application.*
*Sealant skin and cure times are weather
dependent.
TIP: Rubbing alcohol and/or water in a
spray bottle may be used to slow skinning
above 70°F or in hot, direct sunlight.
Step 1. Remove any previously applied
caulk or foams, as well as oils, dirt and
other contaminants. Thoroughly clean the
crack with either a stiff bristled brush or a
drill-mounted brush. Remove any debris.
Step 2. For joints deeper than 1/2”, install
Sashco Filler Rope™.
Step 3. Unscrew nozzle, cut nub above
threads. Replace nozzle, cut to desired
bead size.
Step 4. Gun Mor-Flexx
®
into the crack.
Step 5. Smooth out using water and a foam
brush. Gently press Mor-Flexx
®
into the
sides of the crack for best adhesion.
CLEANUP & STORAGE
Clean up any fresh product on surfaces and
skin with soap and water. Tightly reseal
cartridges with plastic wrap and a rubber
band. Store between 40°F and 90°F.

INSTRUCCIONS
Antes de comenzar:
• Colocar en superficies limpias.
• Rango de aplicación: superficies con
temperaturas de 5°C y los 50°C.
• Tiempo de curado: 1 a 2 semanas. La
superficie se seca en 4 horas.*
• Protege contra el agua y la lluvia de 24 a

CONSEJO: Se puede usar alcohol y/o agua
en una botella rociadora para lentificar el
secado por encima de los 21°C o cuando
esté bajo la luz directa o caliente del sol.
Paso 1. Remueva todo los restos anteriores
de sellador o espuma, así como el aceite, la
suciedad y otros contaminantes. Limpie bien
la grieta con un cepillo de cerdas duras o un
cepillo montado en un taladro. Remueva
todos los restos.
Paso 2. Para grietas de más de 1/2" de
profundidad, instale Sashco Filler Rope™.
Paso 3. Corte la boquilla al tamaño deseado.
Paso 4. Coloque Mor-Flexx
®
dentro de la
grieta con una pistola.
Paso 5. Suavice la superficie con agua y una
esponja. Presione suavemente Mor-Flexx
®
en la grieta para que se adhiera mejor.
LIMPIEZA Y ALMACENAMIENTO
Limpie el producto fresco de las superficies y
de la piel con agua y jabón. Vuelva a cerrar
bien los cartuchos con plástico adherente y una
banda elástica. Almacenar entre 4°C y 32°C.
