Do not use any type of household or abrasive cleaner. Before cleaning the the Drawer Microwave, touch and hold the Control Lock button for 3 seconds to lock the control pad and the automatic door mechanism. The drawer can be locked in either the open or closed position. The display will show “LOCK ON”.
