TROUBLESHOOTING Product not powering on? · Check that the camera and monitor are turned on. · Check the camera and make sure it is well plugged into the outlet. · Check that the monitor is of enough battery (When the battery icon flashes red, the monitor will automatically shut off after 10 minutes). · Check whether the camera is near the monitor (recommended to keep distance within 1.5-2 m / 4.9-6.6ft). · Check whether the monitor is of low battery.
