Hitch+ Multi-Use Hitch & Accessories Warranty Information
This warranty covers against materials or workmanship defects and malfunctions with your new
MoJack Hitch+ Multi-Use Hitch and/or accessories when following all operating instructions.
This warranty does not cover any MoJack Hitch+ Multi-Use Hitch and/or accessories which has
been altered or adjusted in any way from its original model. It will not cover any item which has
been damaged due to misuse, abuse, accident or negligence. This warranty does not cover
consequential damages.
Period of Coverage
One-year limited warranty from the purchase date on receipt for the original owner.
To correct problems, we will replace any defective or malfunctioning part (within the coverage
period) at no charge.
In order to be eligible for service under this warranty you MUST keep your receipt as proof of
the date of purchase.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary
from state to state.
