The Support Technician will ask for your STORE NAME and for the PIN Pad serial number shown on the initial screen. PLEASE CALL MTI SUPPORT 1-800-123-4567 SN: XY12345678Z 3 To activate a key, tap it on the RFID symbol and enter your PIN. If successful, a confirmation screen will appear.
