This device complies with part 15 of the FCC Rules. Operation is
subject to the condition that this device does not cause harmful
interference.

with the limits for a Class B digital device, pursuant to part 15 of
the FCC rules. These limits are designed to provide reasonable

relative amount of RF energy absorbed by the user of a wireless
phone. The Federal Communications Commission of the U.S.
Government sets SAR limits. The maximum allowed SAR value of
1.6W/kg allows for a substantial safety margin, designed to assure
the safety of all persons. Tests for SAR values are conducted using
FCC approved operating positions at the highest possible power
levels. The actual SAR level while using the phone is likely to be well
below the maximum value.
The highest reported SAR levels for this mobile phone are in full
compliance with the FCC limits. SAR compliance is limited to the
specific belt-clip/holsters/accessories shipped with this product.
