1.Advanced Keyless Functions
1) Operating Range
Transmitter must be carried by the driver.
(1) Locking, unlocking the door
The operational range for locking/ unlocking the doors is up to 80cm(2.6ft) from
the center of the front door handles.
(2) Starting the engine
The operational range for starting the engine includes nearly the entire cabin
area.
2) Locking, Unlocking the Doors with Lock Switch and Unlock sensor.
Both doors can be locked/unlocked by pressing Lock Switch on the door handles /
grasping the door handle while the transmitter is being carried.
(1) To lock
To lock the doors, press the Lock Switch. A beep sound will be beard once and
the hazard warning lights will flash once.
(2) To unlock
To unlock the drivers door, grasping the door handle. A beep sound will beard
twice and the hazard warning lights will flash twice.
