purchase.
ThefollowingUSAcompaniesarecertifiedrepairdepotsfortheExtractorwarrantywork(orifspecializedOEMservicereplacementparts
areneeded).IfproductrequireswarrantyrepairthecustomerisadvisedtopleasecallExtractor@877628‐8837withtheserialnumberof
theirtool.Ifthetooliswithinthe12monthwarrantyperiod,ExtractorwillissueanRMA#.Thetoolistobeshippedprepaidtooneofthe
repairfacilitieslistedbelow.ThecertifiedrepairdepotwillreturntheExtractorfreightpaid.Warranteestartsafterinstallerpurchase.

January1,2008willnotbecoveredunderourfive(5)years/2000chargeswarrantyandtheusershouldbedirectedbackto
CrystalGlass.Notice–ane‐warrantyclaimforanExt‐ProV18tooland/orV18batteryorExt‐ProV28toolwillbedenied.
MILWAUKEEV™‐technologyV28™LITHIUM‐IONBatteryPackiswarrantedforfive(5)years/2000chargesfromthedateofpurchase,whicheverfirstoccurs.Thefirst1000
chargesor 2yearsofthewarranty,whicheverfirstoccurs,arecoveredthroughfreereplacementof thedefectivebattery.This meansthatfortheearlier ofthefirst1000
chargesortwo(2)yearsfromthedateofpurchase/firstcharge,areplacementbatterywillbeprovidedtothecustomerforanydefectivebatteryfreeofcharge.Thereafter,
theremainingchargesuptoatotalof2000ortheremainderofthefive(5)yearperiodfromthedateofpurchase,whicheverfirstoccurs,willbecoveredonaproratabasis.
Thismeansthateverycustomergetsanadditional1000chargesorthree(3)yearsofproratawarrantyontheV™‐technology48‐11‐2830V28™LITHIUM‐IONBatteryPack
BatteryPackdependingupontheamountofuse.
