Step 1 - place Gear Case Poly Seal / Washer Alignment Fixture, with a thin film of lubrication on the outside of the fixture, onto
Quik-Lok blade clamp end of reciprocating spindle.
Step 2 – by hand, press gearing mechanism and alignment fixture into and through front spindle bearing, polypak seal, felt
washer(s) and steel washers - Gear Case Poly Seal / Washer Alignment Fixture will pass entirely through Gear Case
Assembly.
