Selecting additional settings

By touching the orsensor, you
can now alter the brightness of the
display:
1: Dimmest setting
2: Medium setting
3: Brightest setting.
Touch the OK sensor to confirm your
selection.
The selected setting will be adopted
and thesymbol will flash.
Touch the settings sensor to leave the
settings mode.
Otherwise the appliance will exit the
settings mode automatically after ap-
proximately one minute.
Sabbath mode
The appliance offers a Sabbath mode
for the purposes of religious obser-
vance.
The following are switched off:
- the interior lighting when the appli-
ance door is opened,
- all acoustic and visual signals,
- the temperature display,
- SuperFrost (if previously selected).
The following can be selected:
- the settings button for turning off
Sabbath mode
- and the On/Off button.
The Sabbath mode function will turn it-
self off automatically after approxi-
mately 120hours.
Ensure that the appliance door is
properly closed, as visual and acous-
tic alarms are switched off.
Danger of food poisoning!
Any power outage during Sabbath
mode will not be shown on the dis-
play. After a power outage, the appli-
ance will restart in Sabbath mode.
When power is restored, no notifica-
tion of the power outage will appear
on the display.
If there is a power outage during
Sabbath mode, check the quality of
the food. Do not consume any de-
frosted food.
