Installation Instructions

The water inlet hose must be flushed
through before using the appliance
for the first time, and after any work
has been carried out to the
plumbing system. This is to remove
any deposits which may have
collected in the inlet hose and at the
stopcock.

This steam oven must only be
installed in a suitable tall housing unit.
~
The appliance must be installed at
such a height that small children cannot
reach the appliance door, which gets
hot during use.
~
To prevent the risk of scalding on
hot food and steam when loading and
unloading dishes the appliance should
be installed at an ergonomically
suitable height. The middle of the
appliance must not be above eye level!
The distance from the floor to the
middle of the appliance must not
exceed 1600 mm.

The appliance may only be used in
mobile installations such as ships, if a
risk assessment has been carried out
by a suitably qualified engineer.

All installation work must be carried
out by a suitably qualified technician in
strict accordance with current local and
national safety regulations.

The appliance must be installed,
connected to the electrical supply and
plumbed in by a suitably qualified and
competent person in strict accordance
with current national and local safety
regulations.

The stopcock for the steam oven
water inlet must be located so that it is
easily accessible after the appliance
has been built in.
~
To ensure that the waste water is
pumped away completely, the mains
drainage outlet point should not be
positioned higher than the drain hose
outlet position on the steam oven.
The temperature of the water being
drained is approx. 80 - 90 °C.

The hoses and mains connection
cable must be fitted in such a way that
the appliance can be easily taken out of
the housing unit by a service technician
should repair work ever be necessary.
Keep these instructions in a safe place
and pass them on to any future
user/owner of the appliance.
