Tips
Cakes, pizza, baguettes
– Bake on parchment paper placed on
the wire oven rack.
Do not use the baking tray or the uni-
versal tray for frozen foods with a
large surface area. The tray could be-
come warped and difficult to remove
from the oven when hot. Additional
use will make the distortion worse.
– Use the lowest temperature recom-
mended by the manufacturer.
French fries, croquettes and similar
items
– These items can be cooked on the
baking tray or universal tray.
Place baking parchment on the tray
so that they cook gently.
– Use the lowest temperature recom-
mended by the manufacturer.
– Turn several times during cooking.
