Quick Installation Guide
Step 1. Detach the screws, slide the upper and lower covers
horizontally and then pull them up.
Step 2. Install the upper and lower hard drives gently.
Step 3. Follow the direction to turn on the power.
Step 6. Reconnect the USB cable to the PC / Mac and the device.
Partition and format the drives to finish.
Step 4. Raid Mode configuration
4-1. Make sure the hard drives are properly installed.
Power on the enclosure and make sure blue indication
is on,before proceeding to setup the raid mode.
Changing the RAID mode may cause data loss.
Backup your data before making changes.
4-2. After selecting the RAID mode, press and keep holding
the CFM button till the purple indicator starts flashing.
Then, let go of the CFM button.
When the purple indicator stops flashing and changes
back to blue, the setting is completed.

Connect the USB cable
to the PC / Mac

Then connect the other side
of the USB cable to the device;
after 5 to 10 seconds, the blue
indicator will turn on, indicating
the power is on.

＊ If the blue indicator doesn’t turn on, plug in the adapter and
connect the DC power cable to the device
(Providing extra power to the device).

Step 5. Unplug the cables from the device. Put the covers back,
then secure them with a screw driver.

＊ for 7mm HDD only
＊ Stick the pad on the 7mm HDD to stabilize its position
