1. Can barely pair with headphones and when it does, the sound is cut off and back

on. Also it doesn’t feel userfriendly.

Solutions:

We feel sorry for the trouble. Although we’ve tested all the MP3 players before they

shipped out, some of them might get defect on the way. As there are various Bluetooth

2. It won’t copy files keep shutting off.

Solutions:

Hello, may I know how did you copy files? Maybe you can take a video to explain it,

so we understand the case better and provide a right solution.

3. Does not play all songs completely, then stops playing.

Solutions:

1 Please make sure you did download a complete song, if the song is not complete,

what you hear from the music player is not complete.

2 Please make sure you download the music files in formats below: MP3, AAC,

APE, FLAC, WMA, WAV. Or else, the music player won’t play the song.

3 If the cases do not meet the two we mentioned above, please kindly take a video

and send it to mechenservice@hotmail.com, we will check and reply to you later.

4. Stop playing songs and return to main menu.

When you insert the ear plug, it is shorts out-it’s the player itself because tried with other earphones at home does same thing. 26. In order to play the FM radio with Bluetooth you had to also plug in earplugs in the jack. Never had an MP3 like that!! Bluetooth was still having a sound problem. Solutions: Sorry but it’s the default function on this music player, if the firmware updated to solve the problem, we will let you know.
