OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
IMPORTANT WARNINGS & SAFEGUARDS
Read all instructions thoroughly before operating this unit to avoid injury to self or property and avoid
damage to the unit. Keep instructions handy for reference during use.
Do Not disassemble main unit, only remove screws for battery replacement as noted in these
instructions. Only a qualified expert may perform repair and maintenance work on this unit. Never
attempt to repair yourself
Do Not operate if damaged or wires are exposed
Do not submerge the top plastic body in any water or other liquids and prevent from using in wet
environments. Only the metal probe can be placed in water, liquids or solids
Do Not use in or around flammable or explosive environments
Administer close supervision when operating around children
Do not place in a dishwasher or submerge main plastic and unit housing body under water to
clean. Instead, the probe must be wiped by hand for cleaning purposes
Do Not use the unit for other than its intended use
