What is Thunderbolt 3? !

Are all USB-C Thunderbolt 3 ? !

While older versions of Thunderbolt used the Mini DisplayPort connector, the

latest version – Thunderbolt 3 – uses a USB-C-style connector. So while all

Thunderbolt 3 cables and ports use USB-C, not all USB-C connections are

also Thunderbolt 3.!

What's the system requirement? !

macOS Catalina 10.15.3 or above, Windows 10 1903H1 or above. Host must

be with Intel Thunderbolt 3 built in. If you are facing unrecognized situation.

Make sure the operation system; drivers and ﬁrmware are most up to date !

eGPU powered but no fan spin?

Any Thunderbolt eGPU has to be connected to a certiﬁed Thunderbolt

Laptop ﬁrst even you had power on the eGPU. Make sure you had connected

to a Thunderbolt 3 laptop via bundled Thunderbolt 3 0.7M cable. !

Power supply fan is not running?

Mantiz Saturn Pro V2 eGPU Power supply fan designed to be “ start -stop

“ function, if the temperature is not reached to 55 degree inside of the power

supply unit. The fan will stop. It ran only when it is necessary. !

Is it hot plug & play ? !

Yes. macOS Catalina 10.15.3 or later, Windows 10 1903H1 or later, once you

plugin eGPU to the host, it will be automatically detected.!

I don't have external display; can I use it ? !

Yes. no matter macOS ( 10.15.3 or later ) nor Windows 10 ( 1903 H1 or

later ) , you can leverage eGPU power in internal display. !
