VESA Adapter Kit
IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS - SAVE THESE INSTRUCTIONS
The MantelMount VESA Adapter Kit is for use with televisions that do not have vertically
aligned mounting holes, when the width of the upper mounting holes is different than
the width of the lower mounting holes. This Adapter will compensate for a variation in
widths from 70-90mm. Standard screws included with MantelMount are still required.
Please read the entire MantelMount Installation Manual before you begin. Do not unpack
the contents of any MantelMount package until you verify that your installation meets all
of the requirements listed in all documents.
