Warranty and Unauthorized Sellers in US

As the brand owner of Manfrotto, Lowepro, Joby, Gitzo, Avenger & Lastolite by Manfrotto, Vitec

Imaging Distribution Inc. provides warranty to its products sold through a network of Authorized

Dealers. They are selected retailers that have committed to assure that our products are shipped,

stored, distributed and maintained to the highest standards. List of Authorized Dealers can be

Unauthorized Sellers

Be aware that some Unauthorized Sellers may get access to our products and sell them on

marketplace sites such as Amazon.com. While Amazon.com itself is an authorized dealer, some

sellers on its marketplace are not. Even if a product is “fulfilled by Amazon”, this does NOT

guarantee that the product is sold by our Authorized Dealers. This also applies to Buy.com,

eBay.com, Newegg.com, Walmart.com, Rakuten.com and other marketplace sites.

If you purchase our product from an Unauthorized Seller:

- You will NOT receive any U.S. warranty

- You will NOT receive any technical support or after-sale service

- You will NOT be able to take advantage of any Mail-in-Rebate promotions

- You may receive a product that is counterfeit, used, damaged, defective or altered and not

in compliance with quality standards.

How to avoid Unauthorized Sellers on Amazon marketplace:

1) On the product page on Amazon.com, click on “Used and NEW” section.
