(2) Avoid storing battery cartridge in a container with other metal objects such as nails, coins, etc. (3) Do not expose battery cartridge to water or rain. A battery short can cause a large current flow, overheating, possible burns and even a breakdown. Do not store and use the tool and battery cartridge in locations where the temperature may reach or exceed 50 °C (122 °F).
FUNCTIONAL DESCRIPTION CAUTION: Always install the battery cartridge fully until the red indicator cannot be seen. If not, it may accidentally fall out of the tool, causing injury to you or someone around you. CAUTION: Always be sure that the tool is switched off and the battery cartridge is removed before adjusting or checking function on the tool. CAUTION: Do not install the battery cartridge forcibly. If the cartridge does not slide in easily, it is not being inserted correctly.

Blinking 75% to 100% To turn on the lamp, push the suction power change button. The lamp goes off in approximately 10 seconds. While the cleaner is running, the lamp turns on. 1. Insert the protrusion of the dust bag into the lower groove on the dust stopper as shown in the figure. NOTICE: To prevent dust from getting into the motor: • Make sure that the dust bag or paper filter is installed before use. • Insert the dust stopper together with the dust bag or paper filter all the way into the slots when installing them. • Do not use a broken or ripped bag. 1 2 3 Otherwise the motor may be broken.
3. Place the dust stopper and the dust bag together into the cleaner cavity in the same direction of arrow on the dust stopper. Insert them all the way into the slots in the cleaner cavity. Installing the paper filter Use the dust stopper also when installing paper filter. There is no distinction between the upper and lower sides of the paper filter. You may insert its protrusion of any side into the lower groove of the dust stopper. 1 5. When using attachment with lock function To install attachment, insert it to the suction inlet of the cleaner until it clicks. Make sure that the attachment is locked. Hook NOTICE: When installing the attachment with lock function, be sure to align the release button on the cleaner with the hook on the attachment.
For picking up dust on a floor in a standing position, it is convenient to attach the extension wand (straight pipe) to the cleaner. Extension wand (Straight pipe) CAUTION: Be careful not to trap finger(s) between the corner nozzle and the nozzle holder. Trapping finger(s) may cause injury.
2. Pull out both the orange-colored dust stopper and dust bag/paper filter together at the same time. 4. Place the dust bag/new paper filter and dust stopper together into the cleaner and close the front cover. NOTE: The cleaner is constructed in such a way that the front cover comes off when trying to force the front cover open at the angle of more than 90°. Dust stopper Cleaning Wipe dust off from the dust stopper. Remove dust and dirt on the sponge part by lightly tapping it. CAUTION: Clean dust bags and filters when they become clogged. Continued use in the clogged condition may result in heating or fire. NOTICE: Never use gasoline, benzine, thinner, alcohol or 1 the like. Discoloration, deformation or cracks may result. NOTICE: Do not blow dust sticking on the cleaner and filters by air duster. It brings dust into the housing and causes failure.
Wall mount for cordless cleaner Optional accessory NOTE: The screw to mount the holder is not included. Prepare a screw which fits with the material to screw into. 1 Attach the wall mount for cordless cleaner to a hard wooden wall, beam or column, where the wall mount for cordless cleaner can be firmly secured. Always be sure that the wall mount for cordless cleaner is securely attached before hanging the cleaner. Fig.43 ► 1 .
Cyclone attachment NOTE: Check that the cyclone attachment, cleaner, and extension wand (straight pipe) are locked properly before use. NOTE: Empty the dust case of the cyclone attachment and the dust bag of the cleaner when dust has accumulated. Continued use will result in weakened suction force. 1 5 NOTE: You can also use the cyclone attachment without lock function. 2 NOTE: To install or remove the cyclone attachment, refer to the section "Installing and removing cleaner attachments".
When the mesh filter gets dirty badly, clean it in the following procedures. NOTE: Check that the cyclone attachment, cleaner, and extension wand (straight pipe) are locked properly before restarting operation. 1. Turn the mesh filter counterclockwise and remove it while the hooks are unlocked. NOTE: If the suction force does not recover even after disposing of the dust and cleaning the mesh filter, check whether dust has accumulated in the dust bag of the cleaner or clogging has occurred.

NOTA: Cuando la bolsa recolectora de polvo o el filtro de papel no se instalan en la aspiradora, la cubierta delantera no se cierra por completo. No hay ninguna distinción entre los lados superior e inferior de la bolsa recolectora de polvo. Puede insertar su parte saliente de cualquier lado en la ranura inferior del tope para el polvo. 4. Extienda la parte de tela de la bolsa recolectora de polvo en el interior de la aspiradora. 1. Desdoble la entrada del filtro de papel antes de colocarlo en el tope para el polvo. Coloque el tope para el polvo y el filtro de papel de manera conjunta en la cavidad de la aspiradora, en la misma dirección de la flecha en el tope para el polvo. Insértelos por completo en las ranuras de la cavidad de la aspiradora. OPERACIÓN PRECAUCIÓN: No ponga la cara cerca de la abertura de ventilación cuando utilice la aspiradora.
Aspirado (succión) AVISO: Cuando instale el aditamento con fun- ción de bloqueo, asegúrese de alinear el botón de liberación de la aspiradora con el gancho del aditamento. Si no están alineados, el aditamento no se bloqueará y podría salirse de la aspiradora. Boquilla Coloque la boquilla para aspirar mesas, escritorios, muebles, etc. La boquilla se pone fácilmente. Para extraerlo, jale el aditamento oprimiendo simultáneamente el botón de liberación. 1 1 2 Fig.23 ► 1 . Botón de liberación 2.
Para recoger polvo en un piso en posición de pie, es conveniente colocar el tubo de extensión (tubo recto) en la aspiradora. Tubo de extensión (tubo recto) PRECAUCIÓN: Tenga cuidado de que su(s) dedo(s) no quede(n) atrapado(s) entre la boquilla para esquinas y el sujetaboquillas. Si su(s) dedo(s) quedara(n) atrapado(s) podría(n) resultar lesionado(s).
4. Coloque la bolsa recolectora de polvo/filtro de papel nuevo y el tope para el polvo de manera conjunta en la aspiradora, y cierre la cubierta frontal. 2. Extraiga el tope para el polvo de color naranja y la bolsa recolectora de polvo/filtro de papel de manera conjunta y al mismo tiempo. NOTA: La aspiradora está hecha de tal manera que la cubierta delantera se desprenderá si intenta forzar su apertura a un ángulo mayor de 90°.
Bolsa recolectora de polvo Limpieza Lave la bolsa recolectora de polvo en agua enjabonada cuando ésta se haya tapado con el polvo y disminuya la potencia de la aspiradora. Déjelo secar por completo antes de usarlo. Un filtro que no esté completamente seco podría ocasionar una succión deficiente y acortar la vida útil del motor. PRECAUCIÓN: Limpie las bolsas recolecto- ras de polvo y los filtros cuando estos se obstruyan. El uso continuo en la condición obstruida podría provocar su calentamiento o fuego.
Extracción e instalación del filtro de esponja Montaje de pared para la aspiradora inalámbrica PRECAUCIÓN: Después de limpiar el filtro de esponja, asegúrese de instalarlo en la aspiradora. Si éste fue lavado con agua, séquelo antes de instalarlo. Un filtro de esponja que no esté completamente seco podría acortar la vida útil del motor. Cuando el filtro de esponja se haya tapado con polvo, retírelo de la aspiradora y luego límpielo o lávelo con agua.
Detección y solución de problemas Antes de solicitar una reparación, verifique los siguientes puntos. Acerca del colector ciclónico El uso de la aspiradora con el colector ciclónico instalado reduce la cantidad de polvo que ingresa a la bolsa recolectora de polvo, lo que ayuda a evitar que la fuerza de succión se debilite. Además, limpiarla después de su uso es algo sencillo. PRECAUCIÓN: Asegúrese siempre de que la herramienta esté apagada y el cartucho de batería haya sido extraído antes de realizar cualquier trabajo en la misma.
Cuando el filtro de malla se ensucie en exceso, límpielo con los siguientes procedimientos. Gire el filtro de malla en el sentido contrario a las manecillas 1. del reloj y retírelo mientras los ganchos no están asegurados.
