Universal Installation Instruction

Undermount Kitchen Sink

For easy installation of your faucet, please ensure the following:

Read thoroughly all the instructions before installing the sink

Read and understand all warnings

Check all the components in the package.

OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE.

Attention: Before you install

1) Unpack your new product and ensure that all the parts are contained in the packaging.

2) Keep the product in its original box until you ready to install it.

3) The counter top must be flat.

4) Shut off the water supply if replacing a previously-installed vessel sink.

5) Observe all plumbing and building codes in your area.

6) It is recommended that installation of the product be done by a professional plumber.

Tools you may need.

Electric drill

Safety goggles

Adjusttable wrench

Pliers

Srewdriver

Pencil

Installation steps:

1) Use the template to make sure the cutting size.

Please double check the template to make sure it matchs the sink.

2) Cut the template along with the dotted line.

3) Cut the countertop according to the cutted template.

4) Put the sink from the top of the cabinet.

5) Put the countertop onto the sink, make sure the cut hole and the sink match.

6) Using the clips to tighten the sink.

Install the faucet and strainer or disposer.

• Check the cut-out template against the actual sink to ensure a proper sized cut-out • Place the cut-out template in the desired location on the countertop • Trace template on countertop with a pencil • Cut the opening in the countertop by carefully following the traced line NOTE: Please use the appropriate saw that best fits your countertop material P.

• Turn countertop over and align sink with countertop. Decide location for mounting brackets • Mounting holes should be ½” from edge of sink • Drill 3/8” diameter x 1/2” deep hole in the countertop • Insert anchors into drilled holes and lightly tap with a hammer until flush • Drill 3/8” diameter x 1/2” deep hole in the countertop • Insert anchors into drilled holes and lightly tap with a hammer until flush P.

• Use a bead of silicone (or preferred adhesive) around the rim of the sink. Check the alignment of the sink to the cutout in the countertop. Place sink over cutout hole and press firmly • Attach mounting hardware to secure bowl. Remove excess sealant from inside lip • Allow sealant to set for 30 – 60 minutes NOTE: Use acetone or rubbing alcohol to remove any excess sealant • Connect drain to sink. Connect trap to drain.
