note: The metal chassis of the range must be grounded. If the metal chassis is not grounded, the control panel will not operate. Gas Pressure Regulator The gas pressure regulator supplied with this range must be used. For proper operation, the inlet pressure to the regulator should be as follows. 3. Install washer in female end of adapter, and then connect adapter to range gas inlet pipe via compression fitting and tighten. How to Connect Electric Power warning: Electrical Shock Hazard • Plug into a grounded 3 prong outlet. • Do not remove the ground prong from the power cord plug. • Do not use an adapter. • Do not use an extension cord. • Failure to do so can result in death, fire, or electrical shock. important: For personal safety, this appliance must be properly grounded. Electrical Requirements • A 120 volt, 60Hz., AC only 15-amp fused, electrical circuit is required.

Once the range is placed into its final location, place a carpenter’s level on the oven floor to ensure that the range is level from side to side and front to back. note: The range must be level for optimal cooking and baking performance. Use a wrench to adjust the height of the leveling legs until the range is level from side to side and front to back. How to Level the Range important: The range must be level for optimal cooking and baking. 1.
How to Adjust Standard Burner important: Adjustments must be made with two other burners in operation on a medium setting. This prevents the upper row of the flames from being set too low, resulting in the flame being extinguished when other burners are turned on. The flame can be adjusted using the adjustment screw in the center of the valve stem. The valve stem is located directly behind the control knob.
caution: Failure to follow instructions could result in serious injury. Shut-Off the Range 1. Turn the manual shut-off valve to the closed position. 2. Unplug range or disconnect power. 2. Inserte el adaptador en el tomacorriente del regulador de presión de gas, y luego apriételo usando dos llaves ajustables de 10”. Si la estufa se eleva más de 1/2” (1,3 cm) del suelo sin resistencia, no siga inclinando la estufa y bájela suavemente de vuelta al piso. importante: Si usted escucha un chasquido o un sonido de pequeño estallido cuando levante la estufa, la estufa puede que no esté completamente ajustada en el soporte. Verifique que el soporte no esté obstruido impidiendo que la estufa se deslice a la pared o impidiendo que la pata de la estufa se deslice en el soporte.
Qué hacer si los quemadores no se encienden correctamente: 1. Gire todas las perillas de control a la posición «Off» (apagado). 2. Verifique que la estufa esté conectada. También compruebe que los interruptores no se hayan disparado o el fusible de la casa no se haya fundido. 3. Verifique que las válvulas de cierre de gas estén fijadas a la posición abierta. 4. Compruebe que las tapas de los quemadores están correctamente posicionadas en cada base de quemador.
Conversión de gas advertencia: Peligro de explosión • Use una línea de suministro de gas nueva aprobada por CSA International. • Instale una válvula de cierre. • Apriete firmemente todas las conexiones de gas. • Si está conectado a PL, haga que un técnico calificado se asegure de que la presión de gas no exceda una columna de agua de 14” (36 cm).
