Sehr geehrter Kunde, vielen Dank, dass Sie sich für das Mac Audio MMC 400 entschieden haben. Bitte lesen Sie unsere folgenden Hinweise vor Inbetriebnahme des MMC 400 genau durch. SICHERHEITSHINWEISE • Bitte die Bedienungsanleitung vor Inbetriebnahme sorgfältig durchlesen und aufbewahren. • Dieses Gerät ist ausschließlich geeignet für den Betrieb mit 100 - 240 V / 50/60 Hz Wechselspannung. • Betreiben Sie das Gerät nur bei einer Umgebungs-/Raumtemperatur von 10°C bis 40°C.
• Wenn das Gerät heruntergefallen ist und das Gehäuse beschädigt ist. • Wenn das Gerät nicht richtig funktioniert, obwohl man alle Hinweise in der Bedienungsanleitung beachtet hat. Es dürfen nur nachträgliche Änderungen vorgenommen werden, die vom Hersteller genehmigt sind. Es dürfen zur Reparatur nur Originalersatzteile verwendet werden. Umgekehrt kann das Gerät vom Power-Betrieb auf Standby geschaltet werden. 2 CLOCK: Wenn sich das Gerät im Standby-Betrieb befindet, kann durch längeren Druck die Uhrzeit eingestellt werden. • Auswahl der 24- oder 12-Stunden-Anzeige mit den Tasten SKIP BACK oder SKIP FORWARD.

SKIP BACK den gewünschten Titel aus. Mit den Tasten FOLDER+ bzw. FOLDER- können Sie auch Titel aus anderen Ordnern der Wiedergabeliste hinzufügen. • Bestätigen Sie Ihre Auswahl mit der PROG-Taste. • Wählen Sie dann den nächsten Titel. Bis zu 99 Titel können in der Wiedergabeliste gespeichert werden.

BEDIENUNGSELEMENTE - FRONTPANEL 1 FERNBEDIENUNGS-EMPFÄNGER 2/3 DISPLAY SCREEN / ANZEIGE Zeigt Ihnen Ihre vorgenommenen Einstellungen an. 4 CD-SCHUBLADE: Legen Sie die CD mit der Beschriftung nach oben in diese Schublade. 5 ON/STBY: Schaltet das Gerät ein, wenn es sich im Standby-Modus befindet. Umgekehrt kann das Gerät vom Power-Betrieb auf Standby geschaltet werden. 6 USB-EINGANG: Zum Anschluss von USB-Speichermedien. 7 SOURCE: Zur Auswahl der Eingangsquelle (USB, DAB, FM, LINE IN, BT, CD).
8 LINE IN: Zum Anschluss einer Audioquelle mit einem 3,5 mm Stereo-Klinkenstecker (MP3Player o. ä.). 9 PLAY/PAUSE: Startet bzw. unterbricht die Wiedergabe einer CD. 10 VOLUME: Stellt die Lautstärke ein. Die Lautstärke wird dabei im Display (12) angezeigt. (VOL 00 – VOL 32/max). 11, 12 , SKIP USB und CD-Betrieb: Springt zum vorigen/nächsten Titel. Radiobetrieb: Kurzer Druck: Die Empfangsfrequenz wird schrittweise verringert. Langer Druck: Startet den Sendersuchlauf Richtung niedrigerer Frequenzen.
INSTALLATION ANTENNE Schließen Sie für optimalen Radioempfang die mitgelieferte 75 Ohm-FM/DAB-Antenne an den ANTENNEN-Eingang auf der Rückseite des Geräts an, und rollen Sie das Kabel voll aus. ZUSÄTZLICHE AUDIOGERÄTE Zusätzliche Audiogeräte werden vor der Inbetriebnahme des MMC 400 an die entsprechende Buchse angeschlossen. FERNBEDIENUNG Zur Benutzung der Fernbedienung richten Sie diese auf das Display des MMC 400.
FUNKTIONEN DES MMC 400 DISPLAY-HELLIGKEIT: Drücken Sie im Betriebs- oder Standby-Modus wiederholt die DIMMER-Taste, um die gewünscht Display-Helligkeit zu wählen. Sie können zwischen drei Helligkeitsstufen wählen - dunkel, mittel und hell. DAB / DAB+ TUNERBETRIEB Das Gerät kann in Ihrer Region verfügbare DAB und DAB+ Radiosender empfangen. BT: Aktiviert die Eingangsquelle Bluetooth. Suchen Sie mit Ihrem Telefon oder Tablet nach neuen Bluetooth-Quellen. Sie werden dann das MAC AUDIO MMC 400 finden.
MANUELLES AUSWÄHLEN UND SPEICHERN VON SENDERN • Hinweis: Bevor Sie Sender manuell einstellen, informieren Sie sich über die Kanäle und Frequenzen der in Ihrer Region verfügbaren DAB / DAB+ Sender. • Schalten Sie das Gerät ein. • Drücken Sie wiederholt die SOURCE-Taste auf der Fernbedienung oder die Taste am Gerät, um den DAB-Modus zu wählen. Im Display wird [FULL SCAN] angezeigt. • Drücken Sie die Tasten TUNE- / TUNE+, bis im Display die Anzeige [MANUAL] erscheint. Drücken Sie zur Bestätigung auf .
FUNKTIONEN DES CD-SPIELERS CD abspielen • Öffnen Sie mit der EJECT-Taste die CD-Schublade. • Legen Sie eine CD in die Schublade (Beschriftung nach oben). • Schließen Sie die Schublade mit EJECT. • Drücken Sie PLAY, um das erste Stück zu hören. • Das Display zeigt die Titel-Nummer und die gespielte Zeit des aktuellen Titels an. CD Pause • Drücken Sie die PAUSE-Taste, um die CD-Wiedergabe anzuhalten. • Drücken Sie die PLAY-Taste, um mit der CD-Wiedergabe fortzufahren.
RDS (RADIO DATA SYSTEM)-FUNKTIONEN DES TUNERS RDS ist ein System, mit dem Informationen über UKW-Sendungen zusammen mit dem Signal des Senders ausgestrahlt werden. Der MMC 400 kann diese Informationen (über den Sender, die Sendung usw.) im Display anzeigen. This device is only intended for use with 240 V/50 Hz AC voltage. Only operate the device at an ambient/room temperature between 10°C and 40°C. Make sure there is sufficient ventilation for the device.

Conversely the device can be switched from power operation to the standby mode. 6 USB INPUT: For connecting USB storage media. 7 SOURCE: Used for selecting the input source (USB, DAB, FM, LINE IN, BT, CD).
8 LINE IN: 3.5 mm stereo input jack for an auxiliary audio device (e.g. MP3 player, etc.). 9 PLAY/PAUSE: Starts or pauses the playback from a CD. 10 VOLUME: Adjusts the volume. The volume is shown on the display (12). (VOL 00 - VOL 32/ max). 11, 12 , SKIP USB and CD operation: Jumps to previous/next track. Radio operation: Brief press: Decreases the receiving frequency stepwise. Press and hold: Activates the search function (backwards). Brief press: Increases the receiving frequency stepwise.
INSTALLATION ANTENNA For the best radio reception connect the supplied FM / DAB antenna 75 ohm to the ANTENNA slot on the back side of the appliance and fully extend the cable. AUXILIARY AUDIO EQUIPMENT Auxiliary audio devices are to be connected to the appropriate sockets before starting to use the MMC 400. REMOTE CONTROL When using the remote control aim it at the display on the MMC 400.
FUNCTIONS OF THE MMC 400 DISPLAY BRIGHTNESS In operation mode or in standby mode press the DIMMER button repeatedly to select the display brightness. Three brightness steps can be adjusted, dark, mid and bright. DAB / DAB+ TUNER OPERATION The unit is able to receive available DAB and DAB+ radio stations in your area. BT: Activates the input source Bluetooth. Search for new Bluetooth sources with your phone or tablet. You will find the MAC AUDIO MMC 400. Connect your device with the MAC AUDIO MMC 400.
SELECTING AND SAVING STATIONS MANUALLY • Hint: Before beginning to tune in stations manually, obtain the available DAB / DAB+ stations channel / frequency information for your area. • Switch on the appliance. button on the appliance repeatedly to • Press SOURCE button on the remote control or choose DAB mode. FUNCTIONS OF THE CD PLAYER Playing a CD • Open the CD compartment by pressing the EJECT button. • Insert the CD into the compartment (with the label facing upwards). • Close the compartment by pressing the EJECT button. • Press PLAY to listen to the first track on the CD. • The display shows the track number and the elapsed time of the current track. Pausing a CD • Press the PAUSE button to pause the playback of the CD. • Press the PLAY button to resume playback of the CD.
RDS (RADIO DATA SYSTEM) FUNCTIONS OF THE TUNER RDS is a system which provides information about FM stations that is broadcast together with the station‘s signal. The MMC 400 can present this information (about the station, broadcast, etc.) in the display.
