Lumi Importing Ltd. hereby warrants that it will repair, replace, or reimburse the full retail cost, at its option, any part of the Lumi Importing Ltd. product with which this
warranty is enclosed which proves defective by reason of improper workmanship and/or material, without charge for parts or labor, for a period of 12 months. This
warranty period commences on the date of original purchase by the user other than for purposes of resale, and this warranty applies only if such original purchase
by the buyer was made in the United States.
To obtain service under this warranty you must fill in the form on the following page. Lumi Importing Ltd. reserves right to ask for return of your Lumi Importing Ltd.
product, properly packaged in its original container, to the Lumi Importing Ltd. Service Center or the nearest authorized dealer from whom the product was
purchased. Any postage, insurance and shipping costs incurred in presenting or sending your Lumi Importing Ltd. product for service are your responsibility.
The Dealer’s original bill of sale or other satisfactory proof of the date of the original buyer purchase of your Lumi Importing Ltd. product must be made available to
obtain service under this warranty.
This warranty applies only if your Lumi Importing Ltd. product fails to function properly under normal use/operation and within manufacturer’s specifications. This
warranty does not apply if the Lumi Importing Ltd. label or logo, other rating label or serial number (or SKU #), has been removed from your Lumi Importing Ltd.
product, or if, in the sole opinion of Lumi Importing Ltd., your Lumi Importing Ltd. product has been damaged by accident, misuse, neglect, or improper packing,
shipping, modification or servicing, by other than Lumi Importing Ltd. or an authorized Lumi Importing Ltd. Service Center.
THE DURATION OF ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR OTHERWISE, ON YOUR Lumi Importing Ltd. PRODUCT SHALL
BE LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THE EXPRESS WARRANTY SET FORTH ABOVE. IN NO EVENT SHALL Lumi Importing Ltd. OR ITS AFFILIATED BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS,
INCONVENIENCE, OR DAMAGE WHETHER DIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR OTHERWISE, AND WHETHER CAUSED BY NEGLIGENCE OR OTHER FAULT RESULTING
FROM BREACH OF ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR OTHERWISE, WITH RESPECT TO YOUR Lumi
Importing Ltd., EXCEPT AS SET FORTH HEREIN. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON THE DURATION OF AN IMPLIED WARRANTY AND SOME STATES DO NOT
ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES; THEREFORE, THE ABOVE LIMITIONS AND EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
