ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS 1. Install the Front Stabilizer. Attach the Front Stabilizer (13) onto the front curve plate of Main Frame (1) with two M8x52 Carriage Bolts (23), M8x16x1.2 Washers (43), M8 (UCP) Spring Washers (57), and M8 Nylon Nuts (53). Finally, cover the M8 Nylon Nuts (53) with two M8xØ19 Bolt Caps (92). 92 53 57 43 13 1 2. Install the Rear Stabilizer. Attach the Rear Stabilizer (14) onto the rear curve plate of Main Frame (1) with two M8x52 Carriage Bolts (23), M8x16x1.
5. Install the Lower Handrails and Left/Right Foot Bars. Install two Safety Covers (85) onto the Lower Handrails (5). Attach Left and Right Foot Bars (6, 7) to the Cranks (9) with two M8x28x1.5 Washers (45), M8 Spring Washers (100), and M8x20 Bolts (26). Attach two Lower Handrails (5) to the Left and Right Upper Handrails (3, 4) with four M8 Curve Washers (40), M8(UCP) Spring Washers (57), and M8x15 Bolts (25). 6. Install the Left and Right Foot Pedals.

TOE TOUCHES Slowly bend forward from your waist, letting your back and shoulders relax as you stretch toward your toes. Reach as far as you can and hold for 15 counts. HAMSTRING STRETCHES Extend your right leg. Rest the sole of your left foot against your right inner thigh. Stretch toward your toe as far as possible. Hold for 15 counts. Relax and then repeat with left leg. CALF/ACHILLES STRETCH Lean against a wall with your left leg in front of the right and your arms forward.
