These numbers have nothing to do with the Set ID that is used to operate the remote control. Set the guide bracket into the bracket groove using screws and mount the set to the wall mount plate or the wall.

20 REMOTE CONTROL Picture ID ENGLISH ENG Picture ID is used to change the settings of a specific set (display) using a single IR receiver for multi-vision. The set receiving the IR signal communicates with another set via the RS232 connector. Each set is identified by a Set ID. If you assign the Picture ID using the remote control, only displays with the same Picture ID and Set ID can be controlled remotely.

RGB connection Transmits an analog video signal from your PC to the Monitor set. Connect the PC and the Monitor set with the D-sub 15 pin cable as shown the following illustrations. Specify the number (1 to 255) using the button and exit. Use the assigned Set ID to individually control each product using the Product Control Program. NOTE If you change SET ID No, the value of ‘Power On Delay’ will be set to (SET ID No)/3(sec) to prevent power consumption overload.

TROUBLESHOOTING 59 TROUBLESHOOTING Problem Is the product power cord connected? Power is on, power indicator is blue but the screen appears extremely dark. Does the 'Invalid Format' message appear? Does the 'No Signal' message appear? Resolution y See if the power cord is properly connected to the outlet. y Adjust brightness and contrast again. y Backlight may need repair. y The signal from the PC (video card) is out of the vertical or horizontal frequency range of the product.
60 TROUBLESHOOTING The screen image looks abnormal. ENGLISH ENG Problem Resolution y D-Sub analog signal - Press the "AUTO" button in the remote control to automatically select the optimal screen status that fits into the current mode. If adjustment is not satisfactory, use the Position OSD menu. y See if the video card resolution and frequency are supported by the product. If the frequency is out of range, set to the recommended resolution in the Control Panel "Display" Setting menu.
TROUBLESHOOTING 61 Screen color is abnormal. Resolution Screen color is unstable or mono-colored. y Check the connection status of the signal cable. Or, re-insert the PC video card. Do black spots appear on the screen? y Several pixels (red, green, white or black color) may appear on the screen, which can be attributable to the unique characteristics of the LCD panel.
