Lexmark Confidential until announced Introduction Overview of Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) is an automatic identification method that relies on storing and retrieving data using RFID tags. The tags, which are incorporated into labels, receive and respond to radio-frequency queries from an RFID transceiver. This tag support lets you print on labels and simultaneously program embedded RFID tags.
