We,LeicaGeosystemsAG,declarethattheNorthAmericanversionoftheUserManualforthe
LeicaDISTOE7500i
willincludethefollowingstatements:

Thisdevicecomplieswithpart15
oftheFCCRules.Operationissubjecttothefollowingtwo
conditions:(1)Thisdevicemaynotcauseharmfulinterference,and(2)thisdevicemustacceptany
interferencereceived,includinginterferencethatmaycauseundesiredoperation.Usersarenot
permittedtomakechangesormodifythedeviceinanyway.
Changesormodificationsnot
expresslyapprovedbyJabra(GNNetcom)willvoidtheuser’sauthoritytooperatetheequipment.
ThisequipmenthasbeentestedandfoundtocomplywiththelimitsforaClassBdigitaldevice,
pursuanttopart15oftheFCCRules.Theselimitsaredesignedtoprovide
reasonableprotection
againstharmfulinterferenceinaresidentialinstallation.Thisequipmentgenerates,usesandcan
radiateradiofrequencyenergyand,ifnotinstalledandusedinaccordancewiththeinstructions,
maycauseharmfulinterferencetoradiocommunications. Howeve r,there is noguaranteethat
interferencewillnotoccurinaparticular
installation.Ifthisequipmentdoescauseharmful
interferencetoradioortelevisionreception,whichcanbedeterminedbyturningtheequipmentoff
andon,theuserisencouragedtotrytocorrecttheinterferencebyoneormoreofthe
followingmeasures:
•Reorientorrelocatethereceivingantenna.
•Increase
theseparationbetweentheequipmentandreceiver.
•Connecttheequipmentintoanoutletonacircuitdifferentfromthattowhich thereceiveris
connected.
•Consultthedealeroranexperiencedradio/TVtechnicianforhelp.
Thedeviceanditsantennamustnotbeco‐loadedoroperatingin
conjunctionwithanyother
antennaortransmitter.

Operationissubjecttothefollowingtwoconditions:(1)Thisdevicemaynotcauseinterferenceand
(2)Thisdevicemustacceptanyinterference,includinginterferencethatmaycauseundesired
operationofthedevice.Theterm“IC:”beforethecertification/registrationnumberonlysignifies
thatregistrationwasperformedbasedonaDeclarationofConformityindicatingthatIndustry
Canadatechnicalspecificationsweremet.ItdoesnotimplythatIndustryCanadaapprovedthe
equipment.
ThisequipmentcomplieswithICRFradiationexposurelimitssetforthforanuncontrolled
environmentasperRSS‐102issue2.
The
