Mounting Methods

Flush: Use Lee Dan IH-101B (box),

or IH-102 (ring).

Surface: Use Lee Dan OH-700 black box.

Screws: Two (2) Scrulox mounting screws are

included. Use model SC-1 Scrulox driver

to install.

IR-464BR

APPLICATION

IR-464BR two-tone, Brass/Black flush mount apartment stations

are sized to fit conventional Lee Dan mounting hardware. Installa-

tion is fast, and maintenance is minimal, to save you money.

Choose IR-464BR for projects requiring distinctive, unconven-

tional brass styling. IR-464BR is ideal for luxury or historic

housing, or wherever form is valued as much as function.

SPECIFICATIONS

Suite stations shall be Lee Dan model IR-464BR or approved equal. Momen-

tary action, self-wiping pushbuttons shall be provided for TALK, LISTEN, and

DOOR operations. Pushbutton connections must be made by positive screw

terminals by circuit board. Pigtail connections are not acceptable. Stations shall

be permanently stamped with TALK/LSTN/DOOR legends for tenant

operation. The speaker/microphone shall be a mylar cone high sensitivity type

with voice-frequency response. Paper cone speakers are not acceptable.

Speaker shall be protected by a double metal speaker baffle. Station shall be

constructed of .062 solid polished brass. Mounting screws shall be tamper

resistant Scrulox type.

Size: 6 7/8"H, 5"W, 1 1/4"D. Projects only 3/16" from

mounting surface.

Holes: Two (2) horizontal holes, to fit Lee Dan models

IH-101B, IH-102 and OH-700 hardware.

Controls: Individually replaceable Talk, Listen and Door

Release self-wiping buttons. Buttons are protected

3/8" thick solid aluminum engraved plungers.

Finish: Unlacquered**, .062 Solid Polished Brass.

Unlacquered finish will oxidize and show finger prints.

**Lacquer finish available as custom item.

Speaker: 3

", 1 Watt, 45 Ohm. Heavy duty magnet

with voice-frequency response. Also used for

electronic tone signal from the lobby panel.

Baffle: Double metal speaker baffle.

Amplifier: Use Lee Dan model PK-543A.

Wiring Requirements

IR-464BR 4 Wires: 3 Common (twisted) + 1 Selective 22AWG.

IR-465BR 5 Wires: 4 Common (twisted) + 1 Selective 22AWG.

IR-463BR 3 Wires: 2 Common (twisted) + 1 Selective 22AWG.

Use existing wiring if electrically sound.
