Straight 2-Circuit Monorail

GP I :ENERAL RODUCT NFORMATION

Standard 2-Circuit Monorail bends horizontally to a radius as small

as 12". It cannot be bent vertically in the field.

2-Circuit Monorail

Determine the radius of the curve or circle.

On a piece of plywood draw the curved pattern.

Cut out the curved pattern from the plywood.

Make sure that cut out plywood is secured in place.

Hold on edge of the 2-Circuit Monorail against the plywood.

Bend the 2-Circuit Monorail

Start bending the rest of the 2-Circuit Monorail against the

circular plywood until the desired curve or circle is achieved.

NOTE: Avoid straightening the bent 2-Circuit Monorail

which may cause the rails to separate from the insulator.

Connect the 2-Circuit Monorail Sections 2A 1.5 MM ALLEN WRENCH 2-CIRCUIT MONORAIL M3 SET SCREW 2 1 CONDUCTIVE OR ISOLATING JOIN CONNECTORS 1 Push the 2-Circuit Monorail sections completely onto the conductive or isolating connectors. 2 Tighten the M3 set screws with the 1.5 MM Allen wrench. Make sure that the set screw connection for conductive connector is tight to avoid heat build up and corrosion. For the isolating connector, tighten the M3 set screw firmly to avoid stripping the thread.
