This product is suitable for indoor dry locations only.

This product is intended to be used with LBL Surface Mount

Transformers and 2-Circuit Monorail system only.

Telescoping Rigid Standoff for Surface Mount Transformers

Install the Rigid Standoffs

2-Circuit Monorail

ANCHOR

Select a location on the ceiling where the 2-Circuit Monorail is

to be mounted.

One way of marking the standoff locations on the ceiling is to

lay the 2-Circuit Monorail on the floor underneath of the

selected location and by using a plumb bob pointing on the

center of the 2-Circuit Monorail, mark the points on the

ceiling.

The other way is to hold the 2-Circuit Monorail directly

against the ceiling and mark the standoff points on the ceiling.

Tap the anchors at the marked points up to the threaded

portion with a hammer.

Screw the anchors in the rest of the way with a Phillips

screwdriver.

Insert the #8 screw into the threaded nipple and washer.

Tighten the #8 screw completely into the anchor to secure the

washer and threaded nipple.

Repeat step 4 through 6 for the remaining standoffs.

Adjust the Standoff Height 1D 1A 2A 1A SUPPORT POST 8 M4 SET SCREW M3 SET SCREW 2 MM ALLEN WRENCH TELESCOPING POST 1.5MM ALLEN WRENCH 8 Loosen (Do Not Remove) the M4 set screw on the support post with the provided 2 MM Allen wrench and remove the support post. 1 Slightly loosen (Do Not Remove) the M3 set screw on the side of the telescoping post with th 1.5 MM Allen wrench provided. 2 Adjust standoff height to match the surface mount transformer height and tighten the M3 set screw with 1.

Install the 2-Circuit Monorail to Standoffs 3A 1A 3B 1A 2-CIRCUIT MONORAIL STANDOFF HOUSING 2 HOUSING CAP 1 1 HOUSING CAP 3 2 Place a section of the 2-Circuit Monorail into standoff housings. 3 While supporting the 2-Circuit Monorail, tighten the housing cap completely to the standoff housings to secure the 2-Circuit Monorail in place. Remove the housing cap on all standoffs. NOTE: In case of cross threading, loosen the cap and repeat step 3.
