Resolution Setting For MAC
Note
1.Supports VGA and HDMI simultaneous output.
However, the maximum resolution is 1080P when using
them simultaneously. 4Kx2K@60Hz video display needs
your computer support DisplayPort (DP) 1.4 (HBR3).

This is a full-functional laptop workstation,
especially suitable for MacBooks. It supports

Attention:
1.We recommend connecting to HOST 2 to get
more available ports. Because except the HDMI 6
port which is associated with host 1, the other
ports (including ports on the light side) are all
associated with host 2.
1. Please confirm the compatibility of your device
before using the dock (whether the Type C port of
the computeris a full-functional port).
2. When using the dock, please connect to the
computer power supply synchronously to ensure
the normal use of the various functions of the dock.
3. PPlease don't plug in violently to prevent
damaging the ports.

2. Prerequisit es for simult aneous operation of 4 displays
(computer screen + 3 display screens):
(1)DP1.4 and AMD processor; or
(2)Computer models listed by Apple after 2018, when
dual system is installed and WIN system is used.
NOTE:
1. For most WIN system computers, when multiple
external monitors are connected, at most 3 different
screens will appear (one computer screen + external
monitor 1 + external monitor 2, and the remaining external
monitor will not light up).
If you want the images of the three external monitors to be
different, you need to turn off the computer screen.
2.HDMI 8 and HDMI 9 don't support audio output while
working with VGA at the same time.
3.This product DOES NOT support replication or
extended displays when connecting the gaming device.
4.Please update Mac OS of your MacBook to Catalina
(10.15.1) or above for better compatibility.
5.When a device with large power consumption such as
a hard disk, it cannot be connected normally, please
connect the charger to the USB-C PD power port to
charge the computer, hard disk, etc.
