General description
Perfect for industrial marking. The thermal transfer printing
method increases the smudge and scratch resistance of
the printed surface and provides increased resistance to
oils and chemicals as well. For printing many different
labels such as self-adhesive labels for equipment labelling
(TA), cable markers (TCK) and shrink tubes.
The FLEXIMARK® Thermoprint A4+M/300 is build for
uncompromising permanent operation and for high printing
volumes. The Thermal transfer print is used for several
applications. Every specific customer demand can be
implemented due to the large periphery and software.
Different designs, in many languages, in black and white, in
color, with or without barcode – each label is printed by
the label marking printer as desired, in the right quantity
and without any mistake.
Product features
No adjustment of the print head for different widths of material.
Printing on very narrow or very thick continuous materials.
The gap height at the material sensor for flat tubes and synthetic tapes is up to 4 mm.
The print speed for difficult printable materials is specified to 30-125 mm/sec.
Material guide: centred material position - the material is inserted centre aligned. Precise printing due to the
material guide located directly behind the print roller. The width is adjusted with a spindle.
Ribbon retainer: Easy and centred insertion of the ribbon with the threepart tightening axles. Due to the
imprinted spacer positioning of the ribbon is facilitated.
Label retainer: The labels are inserted into the label retainer and adjusted automatically by fitting with the
margin stops.
Operating mode: Stand-alone operation, PC-application or network.
